• Providing false information during registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

After opening an account, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Completing this verification is mandatory before submitting any withdrawal request.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• The maximum single deposit limit is determined by the user's account tier.
• Deposits are usually instant. In the event of a technical delay, funds will be credited within 30 minutes.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though during peak periods this may take up to 48 hours.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Comeon Plus regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer carries its own specific terms, which are outlined on the relevant offer page.

• Wagering requirements vary per bonus and are specified individually (typically between 10x and 30x).
• Bonuses may only be used on approved games or bets.
• A maximum of 2 bonuses can be active on a single account at any one time.

5Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, a "Cash Out" option may be available in certain cases.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change; the odds displayed at the time of bet submission are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, comeon Plus reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Comeon Plus reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on comeon Plus:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.

7Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. In addition, comeon Plus may close an account under the following circumstances:

• If false information is found during KYC verification.
